Thank you to the judges at the 2019 Albuquerque Fiber Arts Fiesta! I was honored to receive First Place, Judge’s Choice, and Best of Show for one of my baskets! Wow! I’m so excited – and the awards even came with a cash prize – enough to pay for a fun new order of waxed linen thread from Royalwood Ltd. Hooray! The Fiber Arts Fiesta is a biennial celebration of fiber arts which I was also pleased to participate in as a vendor for my company Baskets of Africa.
